This tutor-led, cohort-based online course is 7-weeks in duration and is made up of 5 teaching units.

To explore the role of coaching in the team
To analyse the leader’s role as coach

Unit 4 - The psychology of teams

To introduce psychological concepts, models, and approaches that help explain team patterns. B
To understand basic psychological models for team coaching
To explore basic group dynamics
To reflect upon the potential value of coaching in teams
To consider family systems and the influence these might have upon team roles
Unit 5 - Towards team excellence

To explore coaching and other methodologies to raise performance and strengthen team culture, including a coaching culture.
